Eureka Zeus Coffee Grinder

Overview The Zeus sits in Eureka’s Oro range as their all-purpose commercial grinder. A single 85 mm flat burr set, finished with Eureka’s Pure Diamond coating, covers everything from fine espresso to coarse filter, so there’s no burr change when you switch brew method. What separates it from most café grinders is the ICE Motion motor: an AC variable-speed drive adjustable from 750 to 1400 RPM. Lower speeds reduce heat and fines, higher speeds increase throughput, so the grinder can be tuned to the bean and the cup. Adjustment is stepless and micrometric, with no stepped clicks limiting dial-in. Note there is no display or programmable timed dosing; grinding is manual via the hands-free portafilter fork.
